As an organisational management consultant, he partners with progressive institutions to build capabilities, strengthen human systems, and accelerate transformation. His work brings structure and simplicity to complex challenges through models and interventions that deliver both strategic and behavioural impact.

Dr Oludayo’s expertise spans human resource transformation, competency framework development, leadership programme design, organisational diagnostics, systems alignment, and culture shaping. His proprietary tools—including the Life Decision Grid Framework, Strategic Business Decision Grid, Transformative Learning Gauge, S.C.O.P.E. Model, and the Organisational Practices Advancement Pathway Model—are designed to guide organisations towards clarity, alignment, and sustainable performance.
As Registrar and Dean of Students at Covenant University, he became the youngest African to have held both roles. While there, he curated and delivered public speaking courses for over eight years at the Centre for Entrepreneurial Development Studies, reaching more than 3,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students. At the African Leadership Development Centre, he curated and introduced structured leadership development programmes that awarded certificates and diplomas, embedding personal mastery, systems thinking, and values-based leadership into a new generation of African changemakers.
Dr Oludayo is a Research Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM). He played a vital role in the design and development of the CIPM Body of Knowledge and Competency Framework, and contributed to the establishment of national specialist certifications in Learning and Development and Performance Management. He has also been responsible for leading the development and publication of the Annual CIPM HR Practice Needs Report since 2024, in collaboration with the Institute’s Research and Publications team.
His consulting portfolio cuts across financial services, mobility technology, property technology, energy, professional services, academia, insurance, FMCG, hospitality, amongst others—delivering structure, strategy, and clarity to business operations through the lens of people and performance.
In addition to his consulting work, Dr Oludayo maintains a vibrant public presence. Through his daily series #MyMorningMuse #WithMuyiwaOludayo, he offers thought-provoking reflections on intentional leadership and workplace transformation. He also publishes #PhrasesandInsights, a weekly digest that distils powerful lessons from books into actionable insights.
He convenes several signature platforms, including the Producing Better Results Seminar (an annual goal-setting event), Quarterly Personal Transformation Seminars, Public Speaking Masterclasses, the Monthly Workplace Conversations Webinar, and a flagship learning experience for professionals titled Becoming a Consultant to Kings: How to Solve Problems for People with Influence.
Dr Oludayo is also known for publishing the Workplace Readiness Report for Nigeria—an evidence-based assessment of the tools, resources, and programmes that prepare young people for the realities of work and contribution in a fast-evolving economy.
At the core of his work is a deeply held belief in the power of transformation. He champions a four-fold path to growth: to create novel ideas, innovate existing solutions, replicate what works, and terminate what no longer serves.
